Moonwalk & Party Rental Policy
Rental Deposit
We do require a 50% rental deposit at the time of order. Rental deposits
are non-refundable, however, you may use your deposit on another rental at anytime
within 1 year. Rental deposits are deducted from your total rental price at the time of
delivery. Unforeseen weather conditions may not be cause for a refund, however, we
will work with you to keep you a satisfied customer.
Payment
We currently accept cash, credit cards, money orders, cashier checks, and company
checks at this time. All final balances must be paid in CASH ONLY! Checks will be
accepted for deposits only, and must be received in our office at least two weeks before the event date.
PAYMENT IS DUE BEFORE EQUIPMENT IS SET UP and must be paid in
cash, cashier's check, or money order. No checks will be accepted on final
payments!
Safety (Adult supervision is required at all times)
We value the safety of your family and invited guests. It is imperative that the rules to our
inflatable's are strictly followed, and we strongly suggest that supervision is present at all times
while the inflatable is in use.
Please observe the rules that is posted on the unit. Compatible age groups must play on
equipment at the same time. Please do not mix age groups. All persons must remove shoes before
playing on the inflated moonwalk. Our driver will go over these rules after the inflatable has been setup, and
all clients must sign a acknowledgement form of these rules.
Delivery
Delivery fees are based upon the distance from our home office. Please use the following
